So funny terminology story this evening--
While we were at dinner, my aunt and cousin were trying to understand what I do. I spent a while trying to explain Organizational Development, which was successful with my cousin but not with my aunt. Finally, they asked my dad to literally translate the terms, so they could go home and google it and see if they could figure it out. When he did, everybody started snickering. My aunt said, "That won't work! If we search for 'organization development', all we'll get is stuff from the communist party!"
