wow
I haven't logged into my livejournal in almost a year!!! How does time go by so fast? I guess my excuse is that I don't have the internet at home. But I just started a new job and I have my own computer and internet here. I got hired as the receptionist for my father-in-law's printing/mailing company. Basically I sit on my ass until the phone rings and then I answer and direct calls. It's nice and I'm making way more money than my last job.
Speaking of which, I was working at a daycare before this. It was stressful sometimes but a good learning experience if I ever have children. I was in the infant room and took care of 8 babies under the age of 1 year. It was hard sometimes hearing like, 5 babies screaming at one time. And I changed a LOT of shitty diapers. I calculated probably like, 3000 in the whole time I worked there (well, diapers changed in general...not necessarily shitty ones). But that's a lot. By the end, I was like one of those guys that change the tires on a racecar driver's car. I had it down to like, .2 seconds. hehe.
James has been working for his dad by doing construction and landscaping at his house. He built onto the garage and James has completely re-done the yard. He added flower beds, a garden, hooked up a water fountain, installed a sprinkler system, etc etc etc. He's quite the handyman now.
My brother Zach is about to go on a mission for church. He's going to North Carolina. So, him and my parents are out here visiting before he leaves. They are visiting other family for now but I see them in a week or so. It'll be the first time I've seen them since we moved back to Utah. Of course the Mom and I will go shopping. Yay!
Pudge and Isabelle are chubby and happy. They play a lot and sleep and eat.
Well, that's about all for my boring life. I hope all my friends in Indiana are doing well.
