(no subject)
Wow, so...
I was working at Electronic Arts doing testing. My contract ran out on the 24th of march. Since then I've spent ~3 weeks playing WoW almost exclusively. I think it may be time for me to start getting out of the house again, so re-obtaining a social life is next on my list of things to do.
Last weekend I went snowboarding with my dad (I board, he skis). Good times. It had been a long time since the last time I've done that, so it was good to get back to it.
Recent acquisitions include: Guitar Hero, the latest music game from Harmonix, makers of Amplitude and FreQuency; the US release of Beatmania.
Beatmania is about what I expected it would be, although it seems like some of the note charts were changed a bit, and I'd hoped for a few more songs. The new licensed songs are unfortunately all crap. I am also slightly limited due to TV size, which was an unexpected problem. Other than that, the game is excellent. <3
