Highlights from Pro Tour LA
Wow, what a weekend. I had a lot of fun, even if my deck didn't do the amazing things I hoped it would, and a good time was had by all.
- I went 3-5 in the pro tour
- I went 4-9 in sanctioned constructed matches for the weekend
- I threw away games in every event I played in, including the money drafts
- The deck that Victor and I designed got an honorable mention by Zvi Mowshowitz in his feature article about rogue decklists at PT LA.
- I got a fairly nasty cold by making out with a sick girl. Totally worth it
- I got hit on by Dennis Rodman
- Antoine Ruel utterly rolled an apparently skill-less Billy Moreno in the PT LA finals, and used his own pro player card as Meloku tokens
So, yeah. Busy weekend.
