why do buildings have to have loud annoying engines in them? ok, maybe to pump in fresh air so i can breath. and yes, they do provide heat and air conditioning. and of course they may provide back up power for all of the computers. sure...one could argue they also do things like makeing sure hot and cold water get pumped to the correct locations, too.
but aside from those reason, why do we need a loud whining engine in the building? don't they know i have a thing about noises?
jeeze you'd think i wasn't able to talk they way they totally ignore my preferences.
