Played a cheerful group
On sunny afternoons
They gathered
To play "Swampthing"
Or build pyramids
But always laughing
Along the way
They "jigged"
And ate
And were merry
Until
The dreaded lunch bell
rang again
And all fun
Seized
Until the next
Sunny afternoon
