Quintessential elements of a Western movie: the constant reminder of a relentlessly dry world - kicked-up sand, sun, brush, gunsmoke; the sound of a man's weight borne by his boots; suspicion. I am a sucker for all these things. It was well-made.

A great laugh-out-loud kind of movie (for laugh-out-loud types of people) and it's danged cathartic. I had heard that the script was ever-so-slightly too witty for its own good. And that's true, too.
