Didn't know that this extension is currently under construction. It would add stations from Little Tokyo (!) to Atlantic Ave., and make Monterey Park somewhat accessible via Metro. The park & ride feature at the Atlantic Ave. station could probably help alleviate north-south car traffic between Pasadena and Monterey Park, albeit, in a round-about way.
My office is 1.5 mi from the extension; there is at least one bus I could take to bridge the gap. But will I still be working here 2 years from now? I feel kind of daffy.
