Halloween's coming soon, I think? The stores have started selling little ghost marshmallows even though we don't really celebrate it! Good luck with the costumes! ...I think I should stock up on candy in case the kids really come by. Last two years they did, but we had no sweets so we didn't answer the doorbell ^^;; It's so cute, one year the kids somewhere in the estate dressed up--can't remember what they dressed up as, though. At first it was just the Westerners (to use a terrible description, I guess, though not meaning to sound racist) who celebrate it, so cute. But now the local kids use Halloween as an excuse to climb the stairs shouting happily and asking for sweets.
It's a pity that schools (this is a very late reply to your earlier comment regarding catholic schools) have wiped out so many holidays!! T_____________T
