Prepare yourself for a Pulp Fictionesque time line.
There was a meeting at work today starting at 5:30pm. They told us that we needed to put in longer hours. They told us that we might need to work weekends. They told us that we had to check in with our team leads before leaving.
The meeting ended at 6:30pm. I went back to the apartment.
At 8pm I get a call from Elaine asking me to come back in. I tell her no. She pushes. I tell her no. She says she needs to talk to the PM and she will call me back. She still hasn't.
I may not have a job tomorrow. It is really scary, but this is what I need to do. I can't keep letting people push me around. I need to stand up for myself.
Anyway, Vegas was awsome. I got to see Seth and Danny for the first time in way the hell too long. When we got to Danny's house Seth came right up to me, handed me a book, and sat down in my lap. It was so cool.
It was great to see Danny again too, I really miss him. His house is super nice and really big.
I had a lot of fun with Maya, Jon, and Buddy too. We mostly got trashed and walked around the strip, it was a great time.
The trip was really good for me. It gave me time to think and figure out what is important to me.
Uff, I wanted to give a more detailed update, but I am too fucking tired and worried.
