So after finding out Peter Jennings died of Lung Cancer and finding out more about this subject I've decided to quit smoking. I've had 1 cigarette in over 24 hours, my last.
-Most people who have lung cancer die within the year.
-If treated with medicine it adds only 2 months to your life.
-Only a 15% chance of living over a year.
-If you smoke you have an 83% chance more likely to get lung cancer-
and on a really sad note Christopher Reeves widow announced today that she has lung cancer, this lady has been through so much with taking care of her husband and watching him die. Now she has to go through this too.
