Being that he's 13 and he can't even really get a job, he's not going to be able to take care of it. However, tax dollars probably won't, either. Michelle's parents will have to foot the bill, so to speak.

You're probably right that her folks will have foot the bill, but they may be able to get some kind of government subsidy, especially since these kids are so young, and if these grandparents-to-be are poor. Can't forget the good old Welfare/ADC/WIC programs.

I'm from a town called Lake Orion, MI and there's alot of lakes. All the stupid people either drown or go on the ice durring the spring or autumn and fall through. Thats how the jean pool gets improved where i live. lol
