Easter Sunday was pretty great. Woke up that morning with very little sleep and a slight hangover but that was because the night before had been great too.
Chris and I did the whole Easter basket thing. It's our first holiday together as 'man and wife' so it was pretty cute and adorable. Chris, instead of lining the basket with grass, lined the basket with pink carnations... that was pretty creative and sweet.
Then there was a BarBQ at my parents. Chris and I finally can eat red meat again! We gave it up during lent. We had bourbon slushies which are amazing and I need find out how to make them. Had a great weekend.
And here's Monday. Damn.
