Summer goals, as far as how I'm going to spend my time goes. With most of this I'm assuming I'm going to get a 9 - 5 job.
Sunday - Upperbody workout (1 hr.)
Core workout (1 hr.)
Bike (8 mi.)
Monday - Run (1 mi.)
Tuesday - Run (1 mi.)
Upperbody workout (1 hr.)
Wednesday - Run (3.3 mi.)
Thursday - Run (1 mi.)
Upperbody workout (1 hr.)
Core (30 min.)
Friday - Run (1 mi.)
Drink!
Saturday - Drink!
Weekday running will be before work, workouts will either be before work or after. Sunday will be whenever. This schedule is more for my own records and motivation than anything else if anyone was wondering why you should care.
