[H: 2.02] First I watch "Lizards" then I write about it. Then maybe I watch again.
Episode 2: "Lizards" Same as last week, only less wordy.
I was not as into this week's episode as I was last week's. That may partly be attributed to the fact that last week was the Finally! Season premier, and this week was not. Plus it focused too much on things I wasn't really that invested it. It picked up more in the second half, so it was not a total bust. Maybe I need to watch it again. Yes, I think that is what I will do.
Elder Petrellis: Still struggling to relate to each other post-Emosplosion, and still bringin' it. Not much Nathan this week, but the whole "Mom doesn't like me anymore" thing still makes me sad. And my love for the Pasbeard may be waning. It goes well with drunk and disheveled, not so much with be-suited and stable. Let's hope it is in its final days, for I am over it.
Also, Angela and Kaito? I give it two days before the first fanfic appears on my (your) Friends List. As far as that whole "revenge" thing with Parkman... was she for real, or setting him up? I mean, I know he's a dim bulb, but does Angela? Obviously somebody is seeking revenge.. why else pick off old friends like that? But something about her expression after saying it and the "Get out of my head!" had me screaming that she was up to something. The Godsend mark was Papa Petrelli's logo? Interesting.
Elder Heroes: Kaito is still dead (or is he?) and Isaac's art is still going to play an integral role in the way things turn out. ::thumbs up::
Hiro: There is nothing more likely to bore me than a love story. This looks to be a burgeoning love story. I am not happy.
Kensei: Still drunk. Still funny. Now with extra added healing! So, does that mean he is Kane? Also, what is up with everyone saying that he must be an ancestor of Claire's? Does that mean West must be related to Nathan? This either get a "Come on people!" or an "Oh, Petrellis!"
Mohinder: I was not as into his story this week, I don't know why. I am still into the whole virus-that-kills-Heroes story, but I just was not as into whatever Mohinder was doing this week as I was last week. At least he is home now, because I cannot wait for the first awkward dinner between he and his two roomies. No. And he didn't open with "Honey, I'm home!"? Awww shucks..
Butlers: Claire's storyline still kind of bores me. I understand she is struggling with how to use her powers, but I just can't bring myself to care. Plus, stolen car? I don't know why, but I totally suspected HRG. He is morally gray, you know? And if you are outside and your dog is literally jumping up and down looking to the skies, would it hurt you to turn your head up and see what his problem is? Come on Claire!
Peter: Shirtless, dirty, short-haired, amnesiatic, bloody and... wet. What will they do to him next week? Though it seems he is slowly clipping back into his season one self. I am not happy about that. If you have a badass arsenal of powers, which you have just used to take out two guys with guns, why could you not use these same powers to defeat one unarmed guy who has in his hand the thing you want more than anything else? Don't stand there all cow-eyed and "What do I have to do?" Take charge! TK the guy into a wall! TK the box into you hands! Stun the guy with that new blue electric-looking thingy and roll out! Or, use your super strength... you've always got that.
The Haitian: The two biggest WTF moments this week? The Haitian clearing Mohinder's memory and his reunion with HRG. When Butler was all, "You've already sent me everything I need" I was like "What? Did he get you the paintings? I don't understand?!" ::Mohinder:: Then the camera panned around and I was like "Yes!" The dynamic duo back together again!
New Characters:
Maya Y Alejandro: So when (not if, when) Sylar takes Alejandro's power will he have to be kept alive for the sole purpose of negating Maya's power? Will this serve to somewhat redeem him, or will she give in and turn to the dark side? What if she gets the virus? Then you have Mohinder struggling with using his blood to save someone whose powers are pretty much crying tears of murder. And how sad am I that Alejandro is not the killer and she the healer? Because honestly, if we can only keep just one...
West: Not as creepy at the episodes start, but then turned it up to 75 there at the end. Really? Peeking in windows?
The Irish: I don't know, I still have no real feelings either way, but I think I am leaning towards ::yawn:: Though it looks like there will be more action next week, so maybe things will pick up then. Also, I am no expert on how the Irish actually sound, but were those some of the worst-stereotypical-overdone Irish accents ever? I really only notice these things if they are bad... and I definitely noticed them.

Character Whose Appearance I Am Not-So-Patiently Awaiting: Okay. He was all over the previews (again). Next week is the week, right?
