Yay, Poetry in San Diego
I went to a reading in La Jolla tonight! It was amazing. I heard so many great poets speak tonight and I am inspired. The best part was that a lot of them spoke very highly of UCSC and the Literature faculty! I am in good spirits and I am going to drink some good spirits too. Oh yay to a great Saturday!

I've been busy with work and school. I'm exausted, but I still find time for Stuart once a week. I'm taking two Math classes, and Psych & Religion. I'm a CA, and I'm working at the library. How are you doing?

It's nice to know that you've found a niche. That's how I feel in a history classroom. Some kids are falling asleep and I'm on the edge of my seat writing down every part of the lecture. Hyper-nerd, I know, but it is my passion (next to ass-kicking, of course). Poetry is yours. Awesome.
And it's good to hear that people are saying nice things about UCSC. All I know is I heard it dissed on stage in a play in London (like, the place in England), out of nowhere, so I'm glad we have a reputation elsewhere and that it's a good one. No, I did not major in surfing.
