yesterday was such a nice day!!
i didn't end up cleaning fishy's tank,
i'm a bad parent.. but i'll do it sometime before work today..
so yesterday what really happened is after i woke up around two i stayed in bed for a while cus i was sick, so i called justin and talked to him for a bit. then later matt came by with PASTRY from panera bread . mmmmmmm it was sooo good. i went nextdoor and he and des had brought down his coffee machine so we had coffee and pastries in the afternoon, with some good tunes, and good company .. it was really nice. oh oh oh, the BEST part though.. MONOPOLY! yeah, des, marty, matt, and mark bought a $2 complete monopoly game at salvo. so we all played, it got pretty intense, that was the most hardcore game of monoploy i've ever ever played in my life. we stopped playing for a while to go to northampton and get Curry at India House restaurant, mmmm it was really good, except i can't handle spicy stuff.. i didn't get curry cus they only had ones with meat in them, and the veggie kind was really expensive. however; i tried some of brian's sauce, and a potato from marty's, my mouth was on fire from one bite. my nose started running and my eyes watered. haha. i got an appitizer dish which was really big actually and i could only finish half of it. naam bread is soo good.
mark was telling us that in England, well, in Yorkshire at least, there are cheap curry restaurants that don't serve alcohol, but they allow you to bring in your own. so he and his friends would just hang out there and drink and eat curry until the place closed. hah. i think now we're going once a month for indian food. mmmm
after we got back i went upstairs for a while with smith and rae, played some up down the river again, and had a hallway convo with melissa :)
then, the monopoly continued, and Mark totally wrecked me, haha. matt had quit earlier and given me all his property, but i could still not compete with MarkCorp. however, there was a glorious moment that gave me hope when i had to get free parking or else i would be out right away, and i got it! i seriously jumped out of my seat and started screaming with cyndi, ross, and matt. hahaha. best game ever.
now i'm heading back to sleep i think until i have to go to work at four.
