A Lover's Dance

Sep 08, 2009 20:42

The sun beat down
through the cold, crisp air,
and the green grass swept the hill.

And my ten toes
dug into the soil
as we waltzed to a silent tune.

As I ran my hand
through your lush, brown hair,
I knew exactly what to do.

My arm clasped your waist
and drew you near,
and I glimpsed into your soul.

My bold lips
pressed to yours
helped me to feel whole.
