Overdue
Well, it has been awhile. Stelth had a birthday and, needless to say, there was nudity and painting. It probably didn't go over too well with my shower drain.
School is so underwhelming that any little thing I have to do for it seems like a huge task. For instance, I haven't done anything in Lit 2 since the second week. I finally have an assignment due a week from Thursday. It's about time.
Work isn't as fun as it once was, I wish I knew why. I might just be getting antsy, I really don't know.
It is so frustrating that in my Fort Collins friends group I have a ton of awesome, attractive, female friends, but I am all of none of their types. This happens to me. I get in this rut once or twice a year and feel like I have no way of meeting women and somehow do. Speaking of women... I sort of swore off dating girls, you know, like, 18, 19 year olds. I am sick of being in the middle of them needing to find themselves, it really sucks. And so, of course, I go on those two dates with that girl mentioned, kissed her, we argued a bit about God, then things were looking fine. Then she just is gone, whisked off by some random other guy. Whatever. Seriously, no more girls. My heart is still palpitating for this girl woman in Illinois. I really want to go out there and say hello while hanging out with Jillian and seeing the Mountain Goats and maybe having lunch with my best friend from Kindergarten, but I think she is still kind of wishy-washy on the whole idea.
My laptop crashed and won't start... :/ I have songs that I recorded on there that don't exist anywhere else, I hope it gets better...
What else is new? I'm going to South Beach, Miami Beach, FL for spring break. I have mixed feelings about it. The last two years I went to AZ to watch baseball, and I think I would rather do that again. I really like Spring Training and want to go every year! The twist here is that there is baseball in Florida, but it is an hour and a half north of where I'll be so maybe I can wander my way up there...
Conan's reign over Late Night is over and Jimmy Fallon took over today. I really liked the show. Justin Timberlake was pretty awesome as a guest and The Roots are the house band and were great and I am really excited for where the show is going to go!
