One of the nice things about 2021 was that I finally seemed to get enough of my brain back to start reading novel-length work again. So I figured I’d chat about some of the highlights…

I haven't read any of Kevin Hearne's work yet (I know, I know). Could I read this one as a stand alone and still have it make sense?

I think so. I've only ready one of the books in the series, and that was a while back. This one is pretty self-contained.
