Their banner image and their logo, the World Fantasy Con Brighton thing at the bottom of the pages, don't have ALT tags. That's just one part of having an accessible website, but it's very telling.
Since the website is pretty much the only way to judge the accessibility of a con before attending, that isn't a recurring con in the same venue from year to year, I'm going to personally give them a failing grade.
Also, being able to get to all the programming rooms is the MINIMUM level of access support you can provide. Which I know some cons fail at! So a con doesn't get a cookie for having a service elevator. Unless it's a soggy, moldy cookie with lint on it.
A con also can't blame the hotel, because they chose the hotel. When shopping for hotels, you should have someone with an eye for that sort of thing do a full walk or wheelthrough. Then do another one after you've chosen, so you can begin to address the issues as early as possible.
