My therapist actually suggested I do more to make sure I'm in a space to deal with comments and conflict before posting this sort of thing. Which I was ... until I got a phone call about some family issues. (Nothing dangerous, nobody injured; just upsetting.) I suddenly find myself with fewer spoons and sporks than I expected.
