A Good Weekend...

Well... All in all I think I really needed this weekend. I now have my associates as I stated before but much more significant was Kyle's graduation. It was a pleasent reception and overall I think every body there was beaming for him and he of course beamed the most. It once again kind of drove the point home of where we are all headed and the purpose behind what we work towards. Very very cool. The dumpling house off of Greenville was once again a wonderful treat and I think I suprised myself with how much I was able to gobble down. Things were followed up by a long round of Rampage (made it past 100 levels before realizing there were over 700 total) then had a fun game of Monopoly on the Sega Genesis while kicking back a couple of beers. In the end I ended up chilling with III and Tom untill the sun rose playing Magic the Gathering, watching music videos and just yapping.

Sunday was a short day so to speak. Went to Fuddruckers with Leroy and Christie and gorged myself on a 1 lb burger. Then went to Movie Trading company and bought the 3rd season of Red Dwarf and "They Live" and also rented the criterion "My Life as a Dog." Leroy rented an Audrey Tatou film call "Pretty Dirty Things." I ended up lazing around and watching both My Life as a Dog and Pretty Dirty Things. My Life as a Dog is a definite purchase. The movie was very different from your average movie as it had the incomplete feeling of real life. You see no more than your average kid going through a difficult time would see and so the perspective of the whole move is very choppy but at the same time whole. Pretty Dirty Things is well worth a watch but probably would never be a purchase. The movie was a kind of mystery drama flick and overall the script and the acting was very well done, but something about the whole thing just seemed lacking.

Woo Yay! Haven't done a babble about my days for awhile so that was kind of fun.
