philly update
Hey everybody. Just updating from my apt over in center city. I live pretty close to the art museum and temple's only a bike ride away. It's nice.(at least until the weather gets bad). Last weekend I basically rapped up getting everything I need for the apt. It was nice. My job got delayed yet another week due to gas line issues. They need a new one from the city but the city has been slacking. Ah well. Erin has been a major help throughout my move and I really couldn't ask for a better girlfriend. :) Classes have picked up and I finally got all of my books that I ordered online because I'd rather pay $5 for a textbook rather than give up an arm and a left testicle at the book store for that same book for $110. Ridiculous. Doesn't Temple know we pay for enough as it is? Now they have to overprice everything, including FOOD!
I've been getting this annoying toothache lately. Maybe I should see a dentist since I haven't gone to one in 6 years haha. Maybe that explains it. *shudders* I hate dentists... maybe more than my one psych professor that looks and sounds like Milton from Office Space, but isn't nearly as cool. He's a major tight ass who is more verbose than anyone I know and he tries to be intellectually superior from everyone else, EVEN THE BOOK. He gives us assignments out of the book, and when we go over our answers from the book he responds "Correct, but let me paraphrase." Like... what the fuck is the point of reading the book then if the material is inadequate to you as a professor. His paraphrased answers make no sense, and he tries to disprove everything. Oh and he also calls himself by his middle name (Terry) because his first name is too embarassing to him. Come on, you're supposed to be a professional, man. This insecure bullshit is more pathetic than the hearing aids that you wear, or the flat sense-of-humor that you have(not to mention your nonsense verbose nature). Fuck you ELDON TERRY MUELLER! :)
In other news, my other professors are cool. My other psych prof has a lisp. Really cool.
