So, my 23rd birthday is this Sunday YAAAAY!
What does Jimmy want to do for his birthday? It is a long day after all.
Well, I thought I'd start with seeing a couple of shows out in Chicago.
Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind starts in Chicago at 7 (www.neofuturists.org) and that runs till 9 o'clock. Then, if I remember correctly shows at Improv Olymipcs, which is just down the street, start at 10!
I figure this could turn into a day long fare in Chicago, go out early, hit the alley or whatever, then TMLMTBGB (early if we have a big group, so we can all get in) and then improv, and then whatever. And whatever before as well.
Drop a comment here if your interested. Car space will be semi-limited. If me and my sister both go and she's willing to drive to the park and ride on Cumberland that's 6 spare seats. Plus we're all adults now (Improv Olympics does serve booze, see me for details) and most of us have our own cars. But it is the city, and will be so much cheaper to take the park and ride. Chicago transit is cool like that.
Drop me a line so I can get a feel for whose going, and spread the word.
EDIT: This is totally open to suggestion.
Also, if you have to home by like 10:30 or something, come see TML with us! Or if you have work till 8, try to come to the Improv Olympics with us! Also I'm looking to make this an all day thing, so if anyone has a recommendation for early fun stuff to do, let me know!
