and then

Was at school most of yesterday. Grad scholarships, tearing down paper for printing, evaluating last litho projext's results, being videod by two students for their projects for another class, went to swim center and kicked back and forth and then attended the premier opening of The Donkey Show Gallery.

This morning I went in to print my trade portfolio with mdpaustin. Testing a roller I decided to try to do the rolling rather than the sponging I had planned. Went well, now shoulder discomfort. Did use my left arm to pull pressure bar down, cranking the press and pull it back. Went fast. Printed 27 impressions in about two hours and was finished by noon. Stopped by a drug store and got some sun black and headed to Barton for Earth Day dip. Signed up with the Barton Springs Swimming Club to help with cleaning and promoting.

Shoulder getting better. Still cant do breast stroke without some pain, so don't. Can do side stroke. The crawl, nope for now.

Simmering a big pot of chicken vegetable bean soup and will be heading to an opening at Art Palace Gallery tonight.

Tomorrow, back to studio and painting as well as more cooling off at Barton.

openings, soup, school, shoulder, printing
