So, since for some reason I find myself with much more time and money on my hands I have decided to do something to fill the void.
Every month I will be taking on a new challenge/hobby/addiction.

Jimbo becomes a brewmiester
Beer has always intrigued me. I drink a lot of beer.... err... I drink a lot of different beers.
I have never been much of a fan of the corporate American brews (ie. Miller, Bud, etc.). I just feel that brewing beer has become so automated for these companies that it is no longer an art form.
So, please support independent breweries.... and me when I get my first batch done in a month or so.
I will give more details on this venture as the process progresses.
