Jim knew he couldn't put it off forever. He was always pretty good at not dealing with things, though, and keeping things quiet kept seeming like such an easier option. Thing was, he wasn't stupid, and neither were Veronica and River. They'd catch on eventually, and he was pretty sure he'd rather they find out earlier than figure it out that way.
Like he'd told Pam earlier that weekend, when Angela had disappeared, he was going to tell them. With Sam safely with Pam for the afternoon, he went to do just that, going to their respective living areas. Both of them were the closest thing to family to him, and he knew whatever happened, it'd turn out alright in the end. He'd just have to keep reminding himself that until he was sure that'd happen.
