8 weeks have gone since I last smoked a cigarette and I've just spent 7 days without any nicotine intake.
I'm feeling fine. There are some moments when I wish I could take a few cigarette puff, luckily these cravings are short-lived.

Here's my technique when the cravings get really strong: very simple... I picture myself in the office's basement parking lot(in winter of course) smoking and coughing to the point that I feel like throwing out. The technique works because I've seen myself in this kind of situation for so many times now.

Well even after quitting smoking I've had that same feeling of wanting to "throw up" but this time it comes when I chew too much nicotine gum. And that's one reason I'm trying to stop nicotine intake as soon as possible.

I think I'm on the right path, the cravings only happen when I'm really bored(EG like now)... I think I have sufficiently filled up my days with things to do to be able to say that I don't have time to think of smoking.
