(no subject)
Finals are over, I'm at home. This semester didn't turn out too bad, as far as I can tell, which is good. I worked my butt off trying to get decent grades to make up for last semester (which was a bit lack-luster). It was stressful, but I'm alive and it's done.
We moved into our apartment on Sunday night; my dad and jason helped us out. The apartment will be nice, I think. The bedrooms are a little small, but it's only for three months, so it will be fine. I basically dumped my stuff and left for home. I'm having surgery on my foot tomorrow, so I will be home until next weekend. I'm really nervous about the surgery...the anesthesia, mostly. The idea of being forced out of a normal state of consciousness is kind of scary to me. Please pray for me, if you don't mind. Jason is great, and sent me flowers (yellow and white daisies), and they're beautiful. So, that helped cheer me up quite a bit :) He's coming on Saturday night to visit, and we're going to see the 9/11 movie. It will be nice to get out of the house for a bit.
