Phucking Phones!!!
The phones and network are at it again - down! They said it could be weather-related, but should be up in a couple hours. GAAAAAHHH!
Edit: And now they're back up, but they keep going down and coming back sporadically. It's insane! They honestly do not know what's going on, but the phone people say they're working on it. (Qwest, aka Qworst, seem to be the root of this problem, but they're not the people who provide our T1 line and phones, so we're having to deal with several different companies at once.) D'oh! This has been going on for weeks now!
