They fixed teh Internets! I can breathe again. I'm afraid this wasn't without taking a loss in the IQ department due to lack of mental stimulation, LOL. @_@
I don't know what all had to be done, I'm just glad it works. And it seems to be faster, actually - I think they eliminated some hardware we didn't really need, which of course speeds up the pipeline! Yay. If only I knew how to do this stuff myself, but then again, if I did, I'd be making beaucoup bucks in some high-tech job. Riiiiight...
OMG, now I have to play catch-up, but at least I can Internet now. My brain hurts! *CRIES*
Although, I'm just glad I'm not in the Midwest right now...although looking back one year, I remember the horrible weatherly woes we had to go through, so I'm feelin' your pain, guys! We had an ice storm like that about a decade ago; it was the WORST. Stay warm and safe!!!!
