(no subject)
I hung up on a lady at work yesterday.
Last week an Indian, supposedly Buddhist came in and bought one of those big prints of an entry way and its pretty and has all kinds of vines and plant life growing all over it. However it has a cross over the door and she wanted that removed and the frame was the wrong color. She brought in a swatch of fabric and wanted green on the outer part of the frame, a pearly pink on the inside, and the original silver on the inside. Sounds like a big circus to me. I painted it and was waiting for it to dry till the next day to put a pinker coat on the inside. She came in the night that it was drying and complained it wasn't pink enough and that the hidden cross was not hidden well enough it was too dark in that spot (what's she want me do color the whole picture?).
I was told not to put this as a priority yesterday morning cause we're a bit behind but she called....
I told her I would get my other work finished has fast as I could and then work on her's. It didn't help that I was only scheduled 6 hours. She wanted a time that I would have it finished and I told her I couldn't promise anything before tomorrow morning. She said that wouldn't do and was not going to let me off the phone till I gave her a time that day. I told her she could pick it up the way that it was and we would finish it at a better date for when she wasn't in such a rush, that wouldn't do. I had to let her go....so I hung up. She talked to the manager and got me more hours to work on the hideous non-art thing.
She came to pick the thing up and I snuck out the door.
