scatter brained thoughts...(cause I'm high on cherry coke)

Sooooooo much has happened in life. And I've never really reflected on the big change being graduation. So I guess I will for a little.

Three days later, I am completely tired from the aftermath of graduation. I was going out with friends, celebrating, got cool gifts, got a random IM, and I ran the sprint in a blink of an eye. Graduation was a great day with smiles, celebration and upsets and frowns. nevertheless it was fun and getting my diploma was over in seconds. Brad Whitford, our speaker was delightful and a total hottie. It was a great ending, a good beginning and a nice change of pace.

Today I decided my five year plan..here's how it goes:

grad skool at Chapman - 2007
Ice cream University in the Bronx - 2008
Pyrotechnics skool at ? - 2009

That way I can make films about blowing up ice cream. What a life. (notice how this does not include any boys!)

So now that I'm done with my undergrad and in a few weeks my new school will officially be College of DuPage where my major is "personal development" as I take my golf class, I'm looking at life beyond my short lived community college career. I've started to look for an apt in Cali and I became frustraited as ever. I'm going to fly out to LA either with my ma or alone and wander the streets and find a nice little apartment to call my home for possibly the next three years. I'd love to be in one location for a while.

I made a harsh realization yesterday...
My girlfriends came down to chicago to stay at my house. they were flying out of O'hare and so I brought them down. We went to Woodfield Mall and had some fun, bumming around and shopping for clothes. We first went to H&M which is where Sarah and I use to shop in London. Two girls about 15 strut out to show their boyfriends the bath suits they're trying on. And the three of us (Sarah, Tanya, and I) looked at each other and said "damn...high school. Oh shit, we're done with college. We're really old." Later we went to the Delia's store which I use to shop at all the itme in high school. Sarah purchased a shirt which was very cute and I tried on a dress, but it was too young for me. When the girl asked if we wanted to buy Laffy Taffy 4 for a dollar, we looked at each and bolted for J.Crew. I'M OLD! I mean I'm not 40 year old, old, but I'm old. High school was four years ago. undergrad is now in the past and i'm looking for an apt across the country. Damn....

(now please see the five year plan above)
