Earlier this week, the photographer I was working for brought to my attention that the Orphan Works Bill  http://photodoto.com/orphan-works-bill/  has resurfaced to give us creatives hell. Good Lord, it's hard enough for us to keep clients or random seeders, from stealing images and trying to make them their own.
