(no subject)
Not a lot has been happening lately. If anything law school has made my life boring. Last Thursday I felt the first symptoms of what is locally being called the Case Law Plague. Globally- i think its the common flu.
In the midst of my plague, Kristina and Mark came to visit!! They came Saturday afternoon and left after breakfast Sunday morning. Kristina had bought Mark Cavs tickets (basketball) for Christmas, so we all went to the game. Mark had also wanted to go to Great Lakes Brewery, which is apparently of minor fame on the beer circuit. We tried to go for dinner but after getting lost on the west side, the wait was too long, so we waited for a while then decided to grab dinner at the game. Lebron played, the Cavs won- a good time was had by all. Then we went back to the Brewery for drinks after the game. It was a good experience to explore the city.
This weekend is the weekend of concernts. Friday night is the Finch concert. Im pretty excited about that. I havent seen them play in so long, break ups will do that. Then Saturday night is a Jack's Mannequin concert on campus! Which will definetly be fun as always. I asked Sally if she wanted to come with me, shes the wife of a fellow law student. I havent seen her in a while, but shes really friendly and asked me to let her know if there were any good concerts coming to town, and i think this counts. Hopefully I can get some other people to go too to insure that it wont be awkward.
But anyways, as long as I get over my cold before Friday, this weekend will be great!
