This is Melusine, an enemy found in Final Fantasy V:

Took me two weeks to complete it, she's approximately 20cm/8in.
She's a bit darker-skinned than the original, due to the (lack of) availability of adequately colored embroidery threads, but hey, frolicking naked in the forest will give you a tan, won't it?
