the worst cramps in the world. spent almost the whole week with matt, which was great. had to go to pratice which was horrible. sometimes its like i just want to go away from it all. and on top of that i have pratice as we speak today. ooh well. im too tired to write and cheer is gonna suck today , i just know it. l8
