So yesterday my mom and I had a mommy daughter day. At one point in time we went to the library and checked out movies. We came across this children's film called "millions" thinking it looked like a cute wholesome childrens movie. I agree that violence in kids movies can be just as bad or worse. Most young kids won't understand sexual innuendo in a film whereas most kid WILL understand a punch in the face. That doesn't change my opinion that both violence and sexual innuendo shouldn't be in kids movies.

Sure, children will have to face the world of sex and violence some day but I'd rather the media not be responsible for educating children on the subject. They did a ripe job educating girls like Brittany Spears and elementary school shootings make me wince inside.... Granted, most kids won't grow up to be that way, but I guarentee that if kids were exposed to less sex and violence from the media and if adults educated their children on those subjects properly, this world would be a better place to live in.
