I made these super yummy Vegan Lemon Cupcakes as a base and topped them with two different buttercreams. One is a vegan lemon buttercream and the other is a non-vegan black berry swiss meringue buttercream. Both were extremely delicious! So delicious in fact that they warranted a video!
