Meme Madness:
A. List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself.

Part A:
1. I love gardening and I have an interest in herbal and alternative medicine. And while I have nothing against antibotics and whatnot, I do think we'd have less a problem with resistant bacteria if we'd consider using alternative treatments more often.
2. I shamelessly loath the Conservative Party and their America equivalent.
3. As a child it took me forever to learn how to tie my shoes - I think I was in Grade 2 or 3 before I finally got it down.
4. I love history, particularly 20th Century history, courtesy of my dad who's a high school librarian and part-time social studies teacher
5. I have no problem with individual insects, but a huge swarm of them all clustered together gives me the willes.
6. I like reading dark stories with complex, non-cliche plots...but at the same time I want there to be a happy ending - I'm a bit of a sucker for those.
7. I used to hate the mere idea of cooking; but now that I'm living away from the 'rents and I have no chocie but to learn, I actually find that I'm enjoying it (when it goes well that is).
