it looks like fun. but I wonder if they'll have the guts to show it in the Central Valley

I'm not holding my breath to see if it'll come to any of the local theatres in Clinton Twp (all of which are Star-AMC) but there's an art theatre in the uber-liberal neighborhood I can always count on. It's a bitch of a drive just to see a movie, but I'll do it.

AMC, eh? I actually like them. The ones in L.A. tend to have stadium seating and they seem to show higher-quality films than Regal, which is what they have here.

I have driven a long ways to see a film before... I'd probably drive to see this one.

Oh, I really like the AMCs, it's just that they can't usually be counted on to show anything indie or controversial until after it wins mainstream awards. Kind of a bummer, since there's one within walking distance of my house.
