Cosmic Age Comics has gone out of business, which is a shame because they were the only place in the immediate area I know of that will buy comics. They were dicks and I never went there unless I was desperate or had something to sell, but just the same. Crap.
But speaking of selling comic-related stuff, I think I'm going to EBay Bart...I don't feel as bad about this as I thought I might, but I guess since he got old and died the magic just hasn't been there anymore. I never thought the figur did him justice, anyway. I don't expect to get anything for him, but it beats tossing him off for $2 to someone who doesn't care about him, I'm sure. There are still some Bart fans out there. Somewhere. I think. Right?
I've narrowed my entire comic collection down to Runaways, Young Avengers, Impulse, Young Justice (sadly incomplete; I probably should have taken up Liz's offer to give back the stuff I'd sent her, I never did manage to get her into it), Promethia and a few mini odds and ends, like Paris. Holding on to my Freshmen in case Emily wants them.
I wonder if Masquerade would take my .hack//sign and my Roxas?
Edit: Speaking of Runaways, these are so fucking epic. I love how there's an uberdead afro'd skelator Alex in both of them. (And yet my favorite is probably Vic puff-facing and sparking in the last one. ♥) (OH BUT THEN I NOTICED CHASE IS HOLDING GERT'S HAND. And this would be the trade with the Gert dying. Aww.)
