two days in a row???
i'm at work, working on the billing. i'm finally learning how to use Timeslips. also, i'm excited because here they don't photocopy the bills for the costs folder - too much paper. sweeeet means less filing.
...although the filing is still exorbitant at this point. that's my second project for this afternoon.
and blogging, of course haha.
i have Victims Services tonight, which i've missed. the police dept. got a whole new computer system for filing reports, and Victims Services was postponed until the system was fully functional.
i forgot to mention that for the past few months i've been visiting an elderly woman in a nursing home. on the first visit, i found out that she grew up with my Gram (nuts!). i formed a fairly close relationship to this woman, but recently with the new job, i can't visit her at our regular time (Tuesday afternoons). so i have to cut back to visiting 1 or 2 Sats. a month, plus phone calls. i feel bad...but it's better than no contact at all.
