Wait... what??

I don't want to say this too loudly for fear of jinxing it, but I just talked to my Baltimore realtor, and she says she'll have an offer in hand for my house tomorrow. Obviously, she doesn't know what the terms are yet, and it may not be something I can accept, but the fact that I'm getting an offer before the house has even been on the market for a week is just amazing considering what the housing market is like here.

I'm stunned. Positively stunned. What an amazing difference from last year.
