Heh, sadly, he didn't even rig it. Gotham's just that unlucky sometimes. Magic doesn't always work out well.

Um, no, actually he can't. This Harvey's a lot closer to the animated Harvey in a lot of ways, including his origin. Harv's leave of absence is going to be quite indefinite, poor guy.
