Great chapter, I'm sad that there's only one left!

I loved Diana's reaction to the Bruce/Clark kiss, hehe.

"I don't love you only when you're vulnerable, Bruce. I love all of you, always. Even your armor is beautiful."

*sigh* I loved these three lines, especially the last one. It just perfectly sums up Bruce and the way Clark sees him, if that makes any sense.

Thank you so much, I really worked over those lines to get them exactly as I wanted them because...yeah, it's very important to me that Clark loves Bruce as he is--not even that he can see past the prickles (although he can), but that he loves the prickliness itself...

I'm very happy with this chapter, Jen! :)

I laughed at Diana not being surprised or impressed! :) And her strength is, always, impressive as she held back Superman, for crying out loud!

And it was a little sad that Clark couldn't go with his first instinct and drew back from Bruce, but then of course Bruce made it all right and kissed him in front of everyone!

Nice touch about the Jizo, as we know that Clark played that part while inside Soultaker.

Poor Bruce still expecting Clark to hate him someday because he can't give him much, but Clark seems pretty happy! :)

Hmm, I hope Clark gets to try out the silk sheets at the Manor now in the last chapter! :)

I expect if the Muse strikes you, we'll have more of the boys' early careers and the JLA, so I'm not too sad at the ending coming soon. And we'll always have Paris, um, Tokyo. ;)

I can't really imagine being able to continue this one, since I've seen so many good stories already with Clark and Bruce raising Dick from an early age...so maybe I'll just consider all of them continuations! ;)
