And I love the fact Bruce betrayed himself concerning the emotions, in facing Kyodai!

He tried very hard not to. :) And I think he's hoping Clark didn't catch that, but Clark's not as slow as he might hope... *grin*

Glad you liked!

Oh God! Superman surrounded by schoolgirls! I can just see now. And of course, he was too polite to leave them disappointed! I'm sure made a lot of them very happy indeed!

He could work out a perfectly good assault strategy against a squad of ninjas from the League of Shadows, but he couldn't come up with a sightseeing itinerary for one afternoon?

Oh, Bruce. Just admit that without Alfred, you're helpless at these things.

Much love for this chapter Jen!

Poor Bruce! When it comes to how to enjoy yourself, he's kind of at at a loss! I think he would have preferred the ninjas...LOL.

Glad you liked it!

So good! So many little details that made me so happy. I'm glad to see the hints of Kyodai Ken's personal agenda against Bruce, and the continuation and progression of the Bruce/Batman, Clark/Superman dichotomies. Also: whale is gross, but I bet Clark would have a harder time with dolphin. Could you see Superman eating Flipper? D:

Last, the Japanese phrase "Sora wo miru" -- do you mean "sora wo mite," as in "look at the sky"? I would translate "sora wo miru" as "to look at the sky" (or "I look at the sky" depending on the context) whereas "sora wo mite" is a command or suggestion, which seems more appropriate as they seem to be pointing out the huge bright flying man. Sorry if this is too nitpicky, but everything else in your story is so perfect...on the other hand, if I'm wrong about the grammar, I'd love a correction :P

Yeah, when it comes down to it, Kyodai will gladly pass up a contract to get at Bruce personally. :) And the dichotomies! I love them so.

Eating dolphin...*shudder* Poor Clark.

LOL, I know I'd mess up the Japanese, but the mistake was actually one of sloppiness on my part. I looked up the Japanese translations of Superman movies and novels and the term they use to translate the phrase is "Sora wo miro," consistently. But because it's a verb form I'm not very familiar with--it's an informal imperative, not focused on a lot in classes--I just unconsciously put it down as the plain form without thinking.

Sorry if this is too nitpicky, but everything else in your story is so perfect...on the other hand, if I'm wrong about the grammar, I'd love a correction :PNo, no, I definitely hope people will call me, and quickly, on language and culture errors...preferably before ( ... )

Also, Nerdvana! That is the best English name for Akihabara ever.

I love that term. :) They're going to have fun there...although the superhero cosplay cafes (canon in the DC universe) will probably wait for another time... *grin*

I loved this update!

*beams*

It was exciting and then became adorable... Poor Clark having to deal with Japanese school girls was funny.

At least he knew how to properly pose for the cameras! Good thing he's been paying attention...

Glad you liked it! I had a lot of fun writing this one...I don't usually focus on action scenes, so it was a nice change of pace.
