JIB - Day 3 - Sunday - 4th of April
I asked one of my friends, Jenna (who sadly wasn’t at the convention), write what happened on Sunday because like some people know, I’m pretty damn lazy. She said she would write something along the lines: “I WOKE UP, SPENT THE WHOLE DAY DOING STUFF THAT WOULD MAKE YOU FRIGGIN BLUE WITH ENVY. THE END.” So I decided it would probably be the best if I wrote the report.
Last day of the convention. How depressing. Well, we still had so much to do before everything was over.
And because I forgot to show you the boxers I bought for Misha, here’s a pic of them:
I went to the first store, found those and bought them.
Oh and remember how I told Traci took a pic of my hair on Friday? She posted the pic on her Facebook:

Now. The day started with an early wake up once again. I think it was 7am when my alarm went off. Then breakfast, which was once again kind of lame, but this time we were early enough and got some croissants. I liked them. Moving on.
We were planning to go to take Jim’s autograph at first and then Jensen’s photo op but there weren’t that many people lining up for Jensen’s pic so we decided to switch their places. So like I edited my Saturday report, Jensen’s photo op happened on Sunday, not Saturday. Here’s again how it went:
Jensen: *all smiley and cute* “Hi, how are you?”
Me: *being totally le shocked and ignoring his question* “Hi, can you make a funny face?”
Jensen: *the cutest laugh ever* “Sure!”
Then I think after the pic was taken
Clif da bodyguard: “He has a funny face.”
Me: “Oh, come ooon!”
Jensen: “Yeah, thanks.”
Awwww! The fangirl moment #2945! I said my thanks and left. And here’s also the pic again so you can see how adorable he is.

So then we went to get Jim’s autograph. We said the usual how are yous and then he just stared at me and I stared right back. It was kind of awkward XD Then we both laughed and he wrote “Life’s that way ->” and his autograph on his book and right after I realized that earlier he probably waited for me to give him my name hence the staring XD I’m still kind of bummed that I was so stupid and didn’t give my name. I like personalized autographs. After I was done there, Noora started to blabber some nonsense to Jim and I think he was pretty confused because he had no idea what Noora was trying to tell him XD
We noticed that Jason was in the same room giving out autographs. His autographs cost some money, but if you had his CD it was free. And of course I had left my CDs in the hotel room! But Noora had them both so she gave me the other one. And because I have to make some things harder than they necessarily need to be, I wanted to have the autograph under the song list and not on the front cover. So while we were waiting for our turn I started to rip my CD case apart. I’m surprised I didn’t break it because that’s usually what I do. Anyway, when it was our turn, I once again thanked Jason for an amazing show and music. Did I already say that this man is one of the nicest persons I’ve ever met? Well, he is.
When we got to the main hall, Traci had already started her panel. Seriously, how can all these people be so nice and warm? Traci is… Traci! She played her drum and sang for us. At some point Misha sneaked into the hall too and when Traci asked if there was anyone too shy to ask her a question, they should come and ask now. Well, because Misha was in the room, what can you expect? He went to the microphone, was really small and was like “Uh.. umm.. I- uhh… I can’t!” and went back to his chair xD Here's papy2O0O's video of him being all shy and cute.

So after Traci’s panel, was time for Misha’s panel. Before Traci left the stage, they hugged and Misha grabbed Traci’s bicep.
Misha: “You’ve got better biceps than Jared. Jared has very skinny arms. He looks (something I didn’t caught) but in a t-shirt, very…”
Then Traci left. Seriously, I have no idea what Misha talked in this panel because my camera’s batteries were running low so no videos from this one. But knowing Misha, we probably laughed half of the time because as you might know, this man is quite funny. Oh yeah! Now that I'm going through my pics, I think Jim kind of crashed his panel. Yes! They also actioned the first painting and Jim's book. Misha said some nice things about the book and some girl.. well, she bought the book.
I’m kind of annoyed that I don’t remember what Misha said when I went to Jensen & Misha’s photo op. But hey! That’s totally forgivable thing, it was Misha and Jensen, both, after all! Anyway, I asked them to make funny faces (again) and Misha put his hand somehow weirdly behind my back. When the pic was taken, Misha said something while I was trying to free my arm which was somehow weirdly in his arm’s grip. I still have no idea how my arm was stuck!
Richard and Jason were both supposed to have their own panels but for some reason they had it together. I didn’t complain. I love them both! And oh man, together they were hilarious. Richard was demonstrating how he was so tiny compared to Jensen and Jared. At one point he was on his knees and all. I was laughing so hard. Then some girl started her question with “so the apocalypse is coming” and Richard fell to the ground. Jeez that guy is fast! The girl asked something like what would they take with them in the rocket and all. I remember one of them would take red wine, the other white. Jason would take Supernatural’s season 4 (or was it 5?) DVD box, Richard would take 30 Rock. I hate that I don’t have any videos from this panel but there’s a plenty on Youtube.
Jensen’s panel. I have a total blackout here but once again, of course we have Youtube. Some girl asked a question related to “Dark Side of the Moon” that had aired on Thursday but because some people hadn’t seen it, they started protesting. Well, Jensen, the sweetheart (I have a feeling I’ve overused this word in my reports) that he is, went down to answer the girl’s question. I kinda shouted that “we wanna hear too” and right after that he turned to the audience and was like “hey, shh! Quiet!” I might’ve died XD But isn’t he the sweetest! Seriously! I would’ve imagined Misha doing something like that but for some reason not Jensen. Again, no videos from my part. But here’s animotus1’s video of Jensen being amazing.

After Jensen was a lunch break. We went to our rooms and once again I updated my Twitter with some pics. Then we went down to buy an extra autographs for Misha before going to the autograph room where Jensen and Misha were.
We got in pretty fast because of our Angel Passes.
Me: “Hi Jensen. We brought you something from Finland.” I put the vodka etc. on the table.
Jensen: “Really? Thank you!”
Then Noora put the candies on the table too.
Jensen: “Really, thank you so much, guys!”
The guy is the sweetest thing ever! He thanked us so many times. And I guess I don’t even need to start to talk about his smile.
Julie, Misha & co.’s… something? Manager? Some rep anyway. So this Julie character, she very much liked the pic where I was with Jensen and Misha. I like it too. I mean, look at Jensen’s face! The cutest pouty kid ever. In the pic they look like they’re forced to make those faces and I’m like “yeah, who’s the boss?” and I kind of don’t like that XD But still, their faces are awesome. So yeah, Misha signed that pic.

After the autographs we were thinking what to do next. Pretty quickly realized that jeez, Jake’s panel was on! So we bought some sodas and went in the main hall. I really didn’t have an opinion about Jake before the con because I’ve only seen him in Supernatural but he was amazing! He gave us some Dean imitation and when Andrea told us now would be the last chance to get Jensen’s autograph, Jake jumped up and ran to the exit with “oh my God! I need my Jensen autograph!” when he was seated again, Andrea announced that it would also be the last change to get Misha’s autograph. Jake did the same as a moment ago only shouting “oh my God, Misha!” Well anyway. In the middle of the panel I realized that I had left my camera in the hotel room. I wanted to have some pics of Jake too, so I went to get it. When I was coming back, I went to the elevator where already was this one tall man. When I’m alone in an elevator with someone I don’t know, I usually just stare the floor. And so I did this time too. The elevator stopped in the second floor but no one came in. The man stepped forward and checked if there was someone. No one, so he stepped back and I closed the doors. When we got to the 1st floor, I hurried out and half ran back to the main hall.

When Jake finished his panel, Andrea told us that Kevin Sorbo would have his short panel soon. We decided to stay since we had nothing to do. When Kevin walked to the stage I turned to Noora with my eyes wide “that’s the man in the elevator! I was in the same elevator with Kevin Sorbo and I had no idea who he was!” But anyway, he was a nice man. I should probably later check out what he has done besides Hercules (that I never watched).

Jim’s panel was after Kevin’s. He was being his funny and sarcastic self again. Then this Italian guy, who runs this some Italian SPN site, went to the mic. Before he asked his question he said bunch of nice things about Jim, like how he’s an amazing person, not just because of SPN and how we’re happy that he’s here etc. and people gave standing ovation to Jim. One long ovation it was too. I think Jim got a bit teary eyed and every time I see someone cry, my eyes will get wet too. This was no different. After our ovation he said that he was touched and thanked us many times.

After Jim’s panel was Jensen & Jason’s panel (which was supposed to be an auction but never was). I was told earlier that I can’t film (oooops!) and my batteries were still running low so no videos. Hence the memory lack of mine. One thing from this panel you can never forget though. Jensen singing. Some girl was asking the last question and she said that because Jensen and Jason were both on stage, could they sing. Of course the crowd sided with her and I think Jason did too :D Jensen repeating “this was so not supposed to happen” was pretty much the cutest thing ever. I don’t have any big words to describe my feelings when Jason grabbed the guitar and I realized that yes, they really are going to sing. My brain was blank. I thought that they would sing Crazy Love, because that’s the song where Jensen sings together with Jason. And then Jensen says that he has an idea. He changed a few words with Jason and then Jason handed the guitar to him! And the crowd goes wild. I pretty much melted when he opened his mouth again:
“This was so not supposed to happen. Really. So, wow there’s a lot of cameras.. Now I don’t do this so if I horribly mess up and get really nervous it’s because I don’t do this.”
Seriously! Just thinking of that moment now makes me all happy and warm inside. He played The Weight by The Band. Jason sang the first verse, but Jensen sang the rest of them with Jason only singing the backups. I was pretty much just “O_O …” the whole time. And the crowd was so quiet, no clapping or anything and I was happy about it. Some people were crying and once again, I wasn’t far from tears either. Jensen doesn’t usually sing! And there he was on the stage with his friend, a guitar in his hands. Singing. After the second verse/chorus everyone started clapping their hands but he said there was a third verse too. He could’ve stopped with second verse but he wanted to sing that third one too! I just… might sound lame, but I really don’t have any words to describe this moment. And after he sang the last notes, people stood up and gave them standing ovation. And yeah, I have a video of him singing because hey! When Jensen is singing, you don’t give a crap about the fact that you’re not allowed to film. Or the fact that your camera’s batteries might betray you at any moment.

All the guests (except Jared and Steve) came to the stage for The Closing Ceremony. Andrea said that because Misha did so well with the first auctioning he has to sell this other painting with 2000euros. Misha of course did his job well and I think someone really paid those 2000euros! Then the girls, who organized this whole thing, Daniela, Chiara and Francesca, came on stage and people gave them standing ovation. Because seriously, those girls deserve all the thank yous, hugs, etc. they can receive. They did an amazing job, the staff was super and because of all the work they’ve done, this convention was unforgettable. So anyway, they got paintings of themselves and I think they might’ve even cried a bit.
Then was the time for guests’ thank you speeches.
Richard: “Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Then something I can’t hear because of all the screaming. “We’ll be back to see you another time!”
Jason: “Grazie.." and something something, I have no idea because he’s blabbering Italian.
Misha: blabbering some fake Italian and Jensen totally cracking up.
Jake: “Grazie even if you left my panel to go get an autograph from Jensen. Thank you.”
Jensen: “Thank you for leaving his panel to come get an autograph from me. Thank you for being one of the best crowds we could’ve ever asked for. You’ve been beautiful, kind (?), generous, you’re wonderful and I can’t wait to come back so thank you.”
Jim: “I can only agree with what Jensen said. You guys have been the most amazing crowd, the most amazing, loving fans and… vielen dank, spasiba, merci beaucoup, mille grazie!”
Traci: “Now what?” and she does her hand thingie and the crowd does the same. “Thank you for not leaving my panel..” and in this point Jensen looks like he might choke on his water. “..to get an autograph from Jensen. We’ll be back! Keep watching Supernatural. We love you! We love you!”
And with huge applauds they left the stage. Holy shit! It was over! Well, not really, we still had Steve Carlson’s concert coming up, but otherwise, it was over!

Finally we had time to eat! We went to the airport. There we found McDonald’s but it was so full of people that we decided to order something from the place next to it. We bought these yummy sandwich thingies. They had olives on the bread and after a few bites I picked them out. Not a great fan of olives. But that was the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Could be because I was pretty hungry and haven’t had eaten anything food-like in a while. And the chocolate muffin that came with the package. Om nom nom! Anyway, we also found a store where I could buy more batteries to my camera and headed back to the hotel.
We were sitting in the lobby eating our chocolate muffins when Richard suddenly came from behind and was like “Heey guys! Have a great night!” we wished that right back at him and then he was gone. We sat there a while longer and talked about all the stuff that had happened during these days. But I was soo tired that we decided to go to our rooms and try to sleep a little.
Of course we couldn’t sleep! So laptop it was. And shower if I remember right. Then, I think, Kat said that she will go to a bar before the concert so me and Noora decided to go too. There weren’t many people in there, but Jim was hanging out with Kat and the other Germans. So we sat down behind them and started to talk about something in Finnish. At some point Noora mentioned Jim’s name and he turned around.
Jim: “Hi!”
Me and Noora: “Hi!”
Jim: “How are you?”
Me and Noora: “Tired.”
Jim: “Tired? Why? Have you been staying up all day and all night?”
Me: “Pretty much yeah.”
Then he probably said something more before going back to talk with the Germans. Then when we were ready to leave to see if they already let people in the main hall, Jim stood up too. I was standing next to him and I noticed something and for some reason I thought he should know my thoughts too.
Me: “Wow! You really are taller than I thought.” He looked at me from head to toe before replying,
Jim: “And you’re shorter than I thought!”
Me: “Gee, thanks!” And then he wrapped his arm around my shoulders and I did the same to him and I was all “awww!” XD Jim really is one amazingly sweet man.
For Steve you couldn’t sit in your usual seat and that kind of sucked. Noora and Mine seats were 100 and 101. Which meant the fourth row and on the right side. Which means it kind of sucked a lot. We sure spent some time complaining our seats in Finnish and got some weird looks xD But Steve, Darren and Rosalee were brilliant! Seriously! No song has ever made cry! Not even once! Then when they played “Safe to Say” and “Between You and Me” I was THIS close to tears. Maybe it was because of the lack of sleep and all but still. And yeah, a few days later when I was already back home, Safe to Say made me cry XD

After the concert was over we stayed outside the main hall because I wanted to have a pic with Steve. There were people lining for his autograph/CDs so I decided that I could have one on my “Groovin’ on the Inside” album too. They didn’t have any pens yet, though. I was pretty much “whee!” when I noticed I had my pens in my bag. I grabbed one, asked if he could sign the cover with it and of course he did. Then he tried to keep the pen but I kindly asked if I could have it back because it was mine.
Then I noticed Darren just talking with some fans and I wanted to thank him too because jeez, it was part his fault that I had almost cried! Darren rocking those keyboards was spectacular! So when I went to thank him, he offered his hand for a handshake! I melted. We were both thanking each other for coming and etc. and then I asked if I could also have a pic with him. See, my pic with him is the only one I’m not leaning away from the person next to me. I don’t know why I usually lean away, maybe because I’m not completely comfortable around them. But Darren was so.. I don’t know. Genuine person? Anyway, we might’ve changed a few more words and then there were other people wanting to talk to him too.

We waited till most of the people had left before we went back to the table again. Then this one guy from staff (I later learned his name is Francesco) came to ask me to sing this one Finnish song that apparently meant something dirty in Italian xD He was with the guy who on Saturday went all red when Richard gave him salmiakki. So I asked him if he wanted more of that salty licorice. For some reason he didn’t want but because I had an extra bag with me I opened it and gave to those who wanted. Oh my, Darren’s reaction was the best. He bit the candy maybe once or twice and spit it out. Guess he didn’t enjoy it that much. Then I asked Steve if I could have a pic with him when he has time. Well, he had time right then so we took the pic. Then we hung out there a little more before leaving. We sat in the hotel lobby pretty long, said our good nights to passing Steve and Richard and finally went to sleep. Whoa, it really was over.

Well, guess what guys? See you again next year! Me and Noora booked our Angel Passes, got the numbers 53 and 54. How freaking lucky are we? This year we had numbers 52 and 53! Oh and before JIB2, see you in Rising Con if you’ll be there!

I actually bought Steve's "Days Behind" before going to Rome, but somehow it's in the pic. And that chocolate! Hey Italian peeps! Care to send me some chocolate bars? I loved that chocolate!

Oh and. I spent good 4 days in Rome and I didn't see the city at all! Next year we'll go and stay much longer so we can explore the city too.
