Free Internets ends at midnight tonight. But that's not all that's taken away. Technology has the power to isolate as well as connect. The living seem to have vanished from the apartments. Your neighbors, your roommates, your friends, for the next 48 hours you're the only person in the entire building...no, the entire city.
That doesn't mean you're exactly alone though. The ghosts have invaded (via that Internet that you've been enjoying) and they're creepier than ever. They come in two forms: those who form into a human shape with their freaky steps and blurry features, and those that take the form of black silhouettes that never move, but have the power to increase your feelings of loneliness and despair. Because for most people, loneliness is the same as despair. There is no greater, no more basic fear than being alone.
Especially here.
((OOC:
Do you want to meet a ghost? This is an example of what you'll be seeing for the next two days. This scene was so creepy to me, that I...had to watch it repeatedly.))
